SATURDAY WORKSHOPS IN COPENHAGEN
Creative Writing Workshops are held on Saturdays in Valby. We workshop in a beautiful flat overlooking Vigerslev park, and if it is a nice day we will workshop outside at the picnic tables, surrounded by nature. We will do creative exercises, learn techniques, write together and share our pieces. Everyone will leave the workshop with useful writing tools, new material and a warm, supportive writing community. After the workshop, walk through the park to the beach, or carry on the conversation over a picnic. Coffee, pastries and writing materials are included.
All 2023 Saturday Workshops are 10am-1:00pm.

"I have taken part in Fiona Picard's bi-weekly writing workshop since September 2022. Fiona has put in place the structures and processes that allow a dozen writers of varying levels - from beginners to published authors - to develop their craft and flourish as artists. She organises every three-hour session so that the writers can share their work and receive feedback; take part in spontaneous writing exercises; discuss writing techniques and share teaching materials. But most importantly, Fiona has built a community of trust, friendship, and collaboration. Each of us has found the confidence to share our work and open our hearts to criticism and support. If we believe that writing is not only a solitary endeavour but also one in which we learn from one another and share our ideas and inspiration, then Fiona's classes embody that ethos. We are lucky to have her."
